Do I need to create an account to use
You do not need an account to browse through the products or build your shopping cart. But you are required to have an account to place an order.

Is there any minimum value to place an order?
Yes, $50 is the minimum order value to place an order. You can see this information in checkout process.

Is there any charge for delivery?
No, there is any charge for delivery. If the order value is $50 and above, your order is delivered for free.

What if an item I ordered is not available?
While in checkout process you are requested to choose if an item is qualified for substitute. If you have not opted for substitute and item is unavailable then we will issue a refund for that item. This happens in rare situations. 

What is your return policy?
You are 100% covered for quality satisfaction. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, you can contact us and we will refund you for the same. Please reach customer support at within 24 hrs in case of any issues with quality of the products delivered. 

Can I make changes to my order once it is placed?
Yes, you can contact us for any changes before order is picked up for packing and shipment. All change request to order must be made before order is shipped and out for delivery. 

Can I get refund for the items that I no longed need?
Yes, you will get the refund for the items that you requested to remove from the order. All change request to order must be made before order is shipped and out for delivery.

Why is my credit card is charged different amount than my order total?
Your card is placed with temporary authorization slightly more than your order total and will not be charged immediately. Once order is completed, then your card will be charged with final order total. The final order total will be shown in the email receipt.

How do I use Referral Code received from a friend and family members? Click here
Navigate to Cart Page in checkout process, you can see 'I have referral coupon code' on the bottom left hand side of the page, enter the referral code and click on Apply Coupon to get discount.

How do I use my wallet amount?
